This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. System And Network Abuse
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation the following: unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks; interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting. Use of mhosting.in’s services or equipment for creating or sending Internet viruses, worms or Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail bombing, or engaging in denial of service attacks is prohibited. Pornography
The use of mhosting.in’s services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available any type of pornography is prohibited. mhosting.in is required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of pornography on, or being transmitted through, its services. The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the TOU is grounds for account deactivation. mhosting.in will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the TOU. mhosting.in reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice and to refuse service to anyone at any time. Depending on the severity of the violation, mhosting.in may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate a customer's web hosting account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, mhosting.in will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation. mhosting.in does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from TOU violations. mhosting.in customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless mhosting.in from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party. we also reselling any company product or service than we are not responsible if they suspend ,terminate our or your services with any reason. if they donot allow us to rpovide any backup we cannot help on this. if the allow us than we unsuspend or unterminate account. according to there policy. you need to contact them and solve the problem. if any nulled theme found once account is terminated and backup not provided. we migrate only active website from one server to anyother terminated website and there data is not provided.
In shared hosting we donot provide any backup data in case of lost. in case of resources over usage account is terminated
as unmanaged host we not provide any support and security related issue.
as low budget hosting customer take there on backup. for backup related you need to pay every month backup plans from us to access backup data. we donot allow any customer to take any legal action against us with related any services product or any think. customer take there backup your self if the feel there data, website, files on our server is important they make there on backup. if owner of company not allow us to provide any backup of your data. you need to contact main owner of the company in that case. because we donot have permission to access there server. a customer or user is once terminated he/she is will not allow to make backup again abuse server term and condition immediately terminate without notices. once a customer abuse server and break term condition and they may be terminated any time in future also without notice. incase of terminate any account no backup provided. mhosting.in does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated by Web Hosting and E-Commerce customers. Anti Piracy
once abuse our server term and condition charge $100 added to customer account. mhosting.in's Web Hosting and E-Commerce accounts should not be used to distributed illegal or pirated software and/or multimedia products.
The mhosting.in service is provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. mhosting.in and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Dedicated servers: once we setup dedicated server we donot provide any refund, if you cancel server before end of the month no refund provided. if server is suspend or terminated on violation of our term and condition no refund provided.
